Galerie Biedermann

The gallery was founded in 1971 by art historian Dr. Margret Biedermann. The gallery focuses primarily on paintings and sculptures of the 20th century. The gallery’s artists are representative of the international contemporary art scene, including Chillida, Tobey, Goldberg, Dorazio, Tapies and Pierre Alechinsky. In addition, artists of the younger generation from southern Germany of more local significance are also represented. As Margret Biedermann completed her studies with a thesis on art in the 18th and 19th centuries, she also deals with works of art from that period in her gallery.
