Art Affair München

The Art Affair Gallery opened in 2005 in the heart of Regensburg. Over the past 20 years, the gallery has become a popular and well-regarded gathering place for art enthusiasts. Each year, we host an average of 6–8 exhibitions featuring contemporary artists.
The gallery’s guiding principle is to select the exceptional from the diversity of contemporary art and to place regional trends within an international context. The primary focus is on presenting contemporary artists whose works engage with recognizable motifs and ideas through the mediums of painting, sculpture, objects, and drawing.
We showcase artists from the region and the German-speaking world, as well as international artists. The gallery also places particular emphasis on academic training and technical skill. Art Affair is committed to promoting and exhibiting young and emerging artists, who are often featured in group or solo exhibitions alongside established artists. Our mission is to provide a platform for professional artists. We therefore view the gallery as a place of communication and encounter. Artist talks, which take place at every exhibition, enable our guests to better understand the artworks and the artists. Regular “philosophical” discussion groups on art, God, and the world are intended to foster discussions and the exchange of ideas among artists, gallery owners, and art lovers.
